Team

Meet the “who” in Cottage Creative’s local video production team; we’re a group of thinkers here to help you execute your message the right way.

We range in experience from award-winning advertising campaigns to Emmy-winning storytelling and beyond. Reach out to any of us and we’ll get started.

Alexander Glass | Director // DP

Creative direction, someone’s gotta do it. At Cottage Creative, Alex works hand in hand with every project to oversee it to the fullest potential. He believes positivity is the biggest asset in project development. With a background in journalism and documentary storytelling, Alex looks to put humans first – drawing meaningful attention to the goals and mission of Cottage Creative’s partners.

Melissa Bell | Director of Digital Marketing

Strategy, digital marketing and analytics are what make her tick – she believes the real magic happens at the intersection of data and creativity. With a finance background and a master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University, Melissa brings a unique perspective to Cottage Creative. She is a research nut who enjoys performing audits, determining short and long-term goals, and using an insights-based approach to drive thoughtful business decisions.

Teagan Dillon | Digital Design

Teagan had two choices when she decided to major in marketing: The business side or the creative side. Luckily for Cottage Creative she went the creative route.

Her experience learning marketing and graphic design at Coastal Carolina University translates directly into impactful deliverables for our partners.

Combining her passions for marking and design, she brings a unique spark to every project.

Ellie Winchester | Director of Business Operations

Once upon a time Ellie took an aptitude test, and lucky for us she was already doing what she loved – making Cottage Creative’s charts and graphs flow from tip to tail. Ellie’s dedication to process makes her the ideal teammate to a bunch of creatives. When she isn’t noodling with excel, mastering quickbooks or keeping the Cottage organized, she’ll probably be with her mini Australian Labradoodle, Halli.
